The match opposing USA and African’s hopes Ghana brings one of the most interesting flavors of football in this World Cup.

Guess what? Another goal in the early stages of the last 16th - 4 minutes and 52 seconds was the time that left footed player K.P. Boateng took to find the net and place Ghana in a good position to advance to the quarter finals. Yet is too early to determine the outcome of the match because even though USA find it hard to come from behind in terms of result, they have done that in this World Cup against England, so will we see a similar thing in this game?

USA is trying hard to get their goal in order to get back into the game. And the chance is there after 61 minutes when Dempsey is brought down in the box. Donovan steps up to keep the National Hero Status and he scores. Perfect spot-kick that no goalkeeper would save having the ball hit the post before going in.

USA restructured their approach in a way they are outplaying Ghana that for the first time seem to be tired and they have not get us used to that. Seems like the game is heading to extra-time and fresh legs with the right move will introduce to a potential decider in terms of goal.

Asamoah Gyan scores!!! Just 2 minutes into the first half of the extra-time and Asamoah blasts it into the net making a wonder goal and taking to three the number of goals he has to his signature in this tournament.

Ghana is on the last 8 after Senegal done it back in the days.

Ghana-Uruguay next in the quarter-finals.

MAN OF THE MATCH: Asamoah Gyan
